We strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. However, if for any reason you’re not, we offer a full refund under the conditions outlined below.

Refund Process

To initiate a refund, kindly call us at +91 96425 28833 or email us at bhavanifurnishings@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return/refund
  • Clear images of the product in question

Note: Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days of delivery.

Eligible Refund Reasons

Refunds will be processed only if the issue falls under one of the below categories:

  • Defective item
  • Incorrect product received
  • Wrong size (image of product tag required)
  • Incorrect or faded color

The product must be returned in its original condition, along with the price tag, packaging, and any other identifiers.

Refund Timeline & Method

Once approved, your refund will be processed within 10 working days.

  • For prepaid orders (Card/UPI/Online Banking): Refund will be sent to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refund will be made via online bank transfer.

Shipping Policy

We ensure safe and timely delivery across India.

  • Free shipping on orders above 10000
  • 300 flat shipping charge on orders below 10000

All orders are shipped via trusted courier services within 48 hours of placing the order and are typically delivered within 3–5 working days.

Currently, we do not ship internationally.

All orders will be delivered to the address provided at the time of purchase or to the billing address of the payment method used.
